Cecil's CBR600F4i
Love him or hate him, Cecil
has gotten bitten by the track bug in a big way.
Transitioning from the big ZX12 on the street to the
nimble F4i on the track taught Cecil the value of a
small, nimble bike with a well tuned suspension.
As a coach for Team Pro Motion, Cecil has been able to
take his passion to the next level and on October 17,
2005, he entered his first race, a TPM GP Moto Cup at
Summit Point Main. Cecil crossed the checkered
flag for a respectable 8th place finish and shaved over
3 seconds off his best ever lap time. In his own
words, "I don't get it. I can't account for it. But
racing is definitely faster, more fun, and a whole
different ball game than riding regular track sessions.
What a blast!" |
